Core Strength workouts are designed to strengthen, stabilize, and sculpt your entire core. This isn’t all about abs and endless sit-ups. Your core also consists of the muscles in your back, glutes, hips, pelvis, and obliques, and is used in every movement you do.
Compound (multi-joint) movements such as deadlifts, renegade rows, and squat thrusters will be used to increase core stability. Some isolation (single joint) exercises will also be used to develop strength and increased muscle fiber size in specific areas, like those coveted abs and glutes. This winning combination of compound and isolated exercises will give you the fat burn and core muscle toning you’re looking for.

Boot Camp workouts consist of High-Intensity Interval Training (H.I.I.T.) and progressive overload to increase muscle size, strength, and endurance, all while increasing your metabolic rate. In other words, more muscle equals less fat!
With an emphasis on proper form, you’ll learn to safely master your main compound exercises, all while getting new and different accessory work to compliment those lifts. No two classes will ever be the same! Kettlebells, dumbbells, slam balls, sand bags, battle ropes, and jump ropes are among the tools used to transform your body and your mind. You will leave Boot Camp feeling stronger and more confident each class!
